We were able to get a table on Mother’s Day. The food was great. The portions were huge. We skipped the appetizer. The massamon curry was outstanding. The pad Thai is also really great. The decor is nice. The staff are super nice. I would love to come back again.

My family and I stayed at The Hotel at Avalon a few weeks ago and needed a spot to eat dinner. We wandered around and finally found The District III; we weren’t sure what to expect, but it did not disappoint!! The food was AMAZING! I got the drunken Thai noodles with the level 2 heat- it was pretty spicy, but extremely flavorful. The rest of the family had pho, pad Thai, curry, and we enjoyed a few appetizers (spring rolls and egg rolls). Annie was our server and she was very sweet in answering our questions and taking care of us. She recommended the mango sticky rice dessert and it was delicious. Reese made us amazing, tasty drinks, too. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be back!

This is great Vietnamese & Thai restaurant at the Avalon. The chicken satay was an absolutely delicious appetizer! The flavor was impeccable. I got shrimp fried rice, and he got pad Thai. The pad Thai was exceptional. It has a super good flavor and is cooking amazingly. The fried rice was good, however, it has a LOT of onions in it. I am not an onion fan, so this wasn’t my fav. They have different spice levels you can add to your dish, or none at all. We really enjoyed this spot, and my Thai boyfriend said it’s authentic and he wants to come back!! Can’t wait to try again.

We went for a family and friends dinner. Atmosphere is nice. Also service is fantastic. Food tasted good and fresh. I have been to other Vietnamese restaurants. The food was same. I will say it is good. Slightly pricy thoug..that may be because of the location. You can get the similar taste at other Vietnamese restaurant. Service was excellent.

Thai & Vietnamese food restaurant in Avalon. Great vice Atmosphere with cozy booth & tables. We went on Thursday night dinner and all table was full. Recommend making reservations for dinner. I was nervous about mango and fried wings but appetizer mango wings were our favorite! Chicken wings were so tender and juicy yet skins were so crispy. The sauce was flavorful and mango was extra kick and made it even better. Definitely recommend soft shell pineapple curry. On the website, crabs were in the curry but it came out on the side. I recommend putting them in your curry it will observe the curry sauce and make the shell softer ! We also really enjoyed green tea cheesecake with ice cream. I enjoyed district III since you enjoy both Vietnamese food and thai food at the same time. Great vegetarian options & staffs were attentive and friendly. Willing to visit again to try more!

The Panang curry was very creamy and flavorful. Vegetarian Pho tasted good as well. Wish they had some noodle vegetarian options. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

In a word: understated. This restaurant is in a very desirable area as it is adjacent to the Hotel Avalon. The interior has a nice bar area and there are plenty of seating for large and small parties. The menu is varied and has the traditional Pho/noodles but also a good variety of Chinese dishes such as broccoli beef, which I ordered. I liked the Chinese chicken salad with grilled shrimp, calamari and sesame seeds with the fish sauce dressing.
